Recommended Hardware and Software
Desktop Requirements

An IBM compatible PC of 500 Mhz or greater. The system should have a minimum of
64 MB or RAM. At least a ten-gigabyte drive is recommended.

Windows 95/98 , Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP operating system.

Internet connection required for interfacing to the Replicating MLM Portal,
Shopping Cart and Online Report Module. High speed DSL is recommended, but not
required.
Internet Hosting Requirements

We do not host the software, but install it on the server of your choice.

The server needs to support the Microsoft dotNet Framework and Microsoft SQL
2000.

Many GenTree users host at: http://www.maximumasp.com.
A site there will cost from $155 to $200 per month and includes 100 MB of
SQL, 2GB of storage and 4GB of data transfer. MRX Computers, Inc. is not a
reseller for them and we receive no commission if you host with them. We are
only providing information about them because it gives you an idea of
the hosting environment required, and a number of our users have
expressed satisfaction with their services.

Technical Support
MRX Computers, Inc technical support staff will work with you before and after
the purchase of the GenTree Software.
We offer an GenTree 30 Day Evaluation with
a 30 day trail period that gives you full use of the software. Our staff
will provide assistance in implementing your marketing plan in the
software. This process is easy. By sending our technical staff a copy of
sales@gentreenet.com we can review it and let you know exactly what the
costs involved will be.
After purchasing any product from MRX, we provide free telephone support for the
first 30 days. On custom programming it is free telephone support for the
first 60 days. After that period of time is complete we have technical
support packages that can be purchased and will keep you up to date with
current product development standards..
Replicating MLM Portal
A demonstation of the portal system is available on the our home page, which
simulates the replicating portal system. Try clicking on the "Join Today" tab
and add a few distributors. Then go into the "Backroom" and watch the downlines
build. The system adds your distributors real time. Pricing of the replicating
mlm portal can vary depending on exactly what you need.
The replicating portion of the system can go for about $1500. Add
ecommerce and monthly autoship and the price will be higer. For a quotation

The replicating mlm portal feeds the data from the replicated portals to
the real time report module and to the desktop GenTree as people join the
program. Once you join and get your portal, it is immediately available for
people to join your downline. GenTree is now fully integrated with the online
replicating mlm portal.
Internet Report Module
The internet report module provides genealogy reports, pay reports
and any other information you want to provide for your distributors. The report
module resides both on the web and on GenTree,
As distributors join they are added to the online genealogy real time, so they
can be viewed from the backroom. After pay runs with the desktop GenTree, the
pay information from GenTree is uploaded to the web and integrated with the
reports, to show the distributors how much they got paid, and how the
commissions were generated.
The report module needs to be customized for each GenTree user. The price
depends upon how many reports you want and their complexity. Prices start at
about $1500 for this module.
Shopping Cart
The Shopping Cart is database driven and a maintenance utility allows adding,
modifying and deleting items. It is fully integrated with GenTree. The
data from the cart is used by GenTree to calculate commissions.
Prices for the shopping cart start at about $1500, but again can be more. For a
